Beef Barley Stew

Ingredients
12 oz. cubed beef stew meat2 qrts chicken broth losw sodium fat free1 medium onion3 stalks celery3 medium potatoes2 cups chopped raw carrots1/2 cup pearl barley1/2 cup cut green beans canned1/4 cup al purrpose flour
Directions
cut meat into small cubes
cut carros in 1 inch pieces
cut potatoes into 1 inch chunks
cut celery into 2 inch pieces
cut onion into 2 inch pieces
dredge meat in 1/4 cup flour brown in 1 tblsp olive oil
Add chicken broth to crock pot heat to boiling
add meat,and vegetbles to broh
add 1/2 cup pearled barley to broth
cook for 3 hours on high
