Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Cup Kefir (any flavor you like)1 Med. banana2 Cups Kale, packed1/2 Cup Blueberries (I like to use frozen)1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened1 Tablespoon Honey1/2 Cup Oats (optional)3 Ice Cubes3 Tablespoons Brewers Yeast (optional)1/2 Cup Low Fat Blueberry Yogurt
Directions
Put everything in a blender and blend till smooth!

Serving Size: makes 2 16oz glasses
