7 lb pork butt2 lg onions chopped2 tbsp white vinegar4 tbsp lemon juice1 1/2 c ketchup2 tbsp dijon mustard1/2 c brown sugar1/4 c red wine vinegar2 tbsp worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder
Add onion to Pork butt or beef in crock pot with small amt of rest of ingredients mixed. For pork add small amount of mixture to pork in crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hrs. Take out juice and shred pork. Add mixture to pulled pork and continue cooking on low for small amt of time or leave on warm till ready to serve . Serving size is 5 oz.
