Homemade Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Large Russet Potatoes (4-5 Medium or Small)4-6 Tbsp. ButterSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Using a large-holed grater, grate the potatoes. Spread evenly on a griddle, placing tabs of butter throughout. Turn every few minutes until golden. Salt and pepper to taste.
