Grilled Cheese and Asparagus Sandwich

Ingredients
8 small stalks asparagus (trimmed)2 slices cheese (your favorite, I used ultra thin provolone and swiss)Sprinkle Mrs. Dash, Garlic & Herb (or favorite)2 slices Aunt Millie's Light Whole Grain Bread or Aunt Millie's Light Potato BreadPam spray
Directions
Dry roast asparagus in clean fry pan for a few minutes to bring out flavour and cook. Add Mrs. Dash to asparagus while cooking.

Assemble sandwich and grill until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown on both sides, use pannini grill or about 2-4 minutes per side.
