Shirley Storoe's Crusty White Bread

Ingredients
2 pkgs or 5 teaspoons of dry active yeast2 cups warm (baby bottle warm) water2 tbls sugar1 tbls salt1/4 cup canola oil5 1/2 - 6 cups flour
Directions
Dissolve yeast in wam water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil, and three cups of flour. Beat 'til smooth. Mix in enough to make the dough easy to handle . Place in a greased bowl, brush top with oil and cover with a clean towel. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Punch down and divide on half and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise for about an hour and bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for about 15 minutes before slicing
