Chunky Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
12 ounces chicken breast, cooked, shredded1 c. seedless grapes, halved2 medium apples, cored, cut into bite-sized chunks3 stalks of celery, sliced into bite-sized chunks1/2 medium onion, diced finely1/2 c. Miracle Whip (we use regular, can use Fat Free or Light if you so wish)1 1/2 tsp. Mustard1/2 tsp. Curry PowderPepper to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Serve immediately over crackers or a bed of lettuce.

Note: If you use Fat Free or Light Miracle Whip, it will adjust your nutrition info.

Makes 4 servings of roughly 3/4 cup.
