summer kale salad

Ingredients
1/4 tsp black pepper1tsp garlic powder1/2tsp. oregano1tsp red chili pepper flakes1 tsp salt1/4c. red wine vinegar1/4c. olive oil1TBSP honeyjuice of one orange1 bunch of kale, chopped1 apple chopped1 small spring onion sliced thin or 1 shallot1/3c. dried sweetened cranberries1/2c. sliced almonds
Directions
mix first 9 ingredients in bowl to make salad dressing.

add kale, apple and onion. Toss to coat with dressing.
Sprinkle cranberries and almonds on top.

Let stand in dressing for a couple of hours in the fridge. The kale will not be soggy.
