Ingredients
2 Tbsp EVOO2 medium yellow squash, chopped4 cups zucchini, chopped1 heaping tsp garlic paste2 cups Kroger Recipe Starters Mixed Peppers and Onions20 grape tomatoes
Directions
preheat oil, add peppers and onions, saute till translucent
add remaining veggies, except tomatoes, cook till tender
Add tomatoes, and cook just till they burst
