2 cups Open Nature Roasted Chicken Tortellini2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 tbsp chopped fresh chives2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp grated parmesean1 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basil
Follow the directions for cooking the tortellini. After the pasta is drained, set aside. In a skillet heat olive oil. Add garlic, oregano, and basil. Heat for 2-3 minutes (allow the spices to rehydrate, but do not allow the garlic to brown). Add tortellini and chives. Toss in the olive oil. Add salt and pepper and toss again. Heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
