Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients
5 small apples, peeled, cored, cut into small pieces.1/4 cup of water1 or 2 packets of splenda to taste.
Directions
Peel, core and cut apples into small pieces.
Cook over medium to low heat with 1/4 cup of water until apples are soft.
Mash or puree' to desired consistancy.
If desired add a packet or two of splenda to taste.
Can be served warm or chilled.
Makes approx. 4 - 3/4 cup servings.
