Yellow Coconut Flour no-sugar Cake

14 eggs, separated1 3/4 cup coconut flour1 cup Truvia1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 cube butter, melted1 1/2 cup milk2 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350*.
Separate the 14 eggs, with the whites in a glass or stainless bowl. Put the yolks in another large bowl.
Beat the whites until stiff.
Whisk the yolks and Truvia till frothy. Stir in milk, melted butter and vanilla. Combine other dry ingredients and stir into the yolk mixture. This will be quite thick. Fold this mixture into the beaten egg whites.
Pour into a prepared 9 x 13 cake pan. Smooth. Bake at 350* about 25 minutes or until done.
