Greek Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 large cucumber(s), Cut into bite sized peices 4 medium fresh tomato(es), Cut into bite sized pieces 1/4 medium uncooked red onion(s), Thinly sliced 8 olives Kalamata Olives, in Vinegar Brine, halved and pitted4 oz crumbled feta cheese1 Tbsp basil, fresh, chopped (or fresh herbs of choice to taste)1 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Toss all ingredients together and let sit for a bit to meld flavors. Best at room temperature. Serve alone or over spring greens. Serves 4 as a side or first course.
