Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
1 can tomatoes, drained and crushed.4 cloves minced garlic1 small, finely chopped onion1 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp cumin (whole)1-2 finely chopped chili's (depending on your heat preference)1 tsp sugar1 TBSP oil
Directions
Heat oil in small pan and add the mustard seeds and cumin. Stir slightly until they pop.
One they start popping, add the onion and stir for 1-2 minutes until clear.
Add chilis and garlic and stir occasionally for an additional 2 minutes being careful not to brown them.
add the mashed tomatoes and 1 tsp sugar and stir will. Simmer for 5 minutes and you're ready to enjoy!
