GF Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
4 Tablespoons butter, melted1/2 cup sugar2 large eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute1 cup canned pumpkin1 1/3 cups Pamela's Baking and Pancake mix1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. ground cloves1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Beat together butter, sugar, egg and pumpkin. Add remaining bread ingredients and mix together. Pour into greased loaf (8 x 4") pan.
Cover top of loaf with sliced almonds.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or when toothpick inserted comes out almost clean.
