1 c- Fat Free Half & Half1 1/2 c- 1% milk1/4 c- Parmesan Cheese1/2 tsp- Nutmeg, ground1 tsp- Mrs Dash Original Seasoning1 dash- Salt)1 Tbsp- King Arthur All Purpose Gluten Free Flour1 tbsp - Corn Starch3 c- Broccoli, steamed 5- Bnls/Sknls Chicken Breasts1 tsp- Garlic powder1 tsp- Parsley, dried3.5 tbsp- Philly Fat Free Cream Cheese (1/4 container)2 tbsp- ICBINB, reg. soft
1. Pam a lg fry pan, and brown chicken, sprinkling liberally with garlic powder. Steam broccoli separately.
2. In a med sauce pan melt margarine. Whisk in flour and corn starch. Slowly whisk in milks. When slightly thickened- add in cheeses, nutmeg, salt, and Mrs Dash, whisking until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
3. Add broccoli to chicken, and slowly pour cheese sauce over all, folding slowly until covered.
4. Serve immediately over hot GF pasta (not included in calorie count.)
