Turkey Fillets with rice and vegetables

Ingredients
2 turkey fillets1 yellow pepper, sliced1 1/2 cups culiflower spear, cut up1 1/2 cups broccoli spears, cut up1 package mushrooms, stems removed, washed and sliced
Directions
place olive oil in skillet and cook turkey fillets with Mrs. Dash seasoning until done
In a large skillet place vegetables, mushrooms and vegetable broth and simmer until cooked to desired doneness. Add turkey that has been diced up and add 1 can of drained cooked wild rice and 1 cup minute rice to skillet, heat through and enjoy
