Chicken Alfredo

1/4 cup light margarine1/2 c plain yogurt1/2 c low fat sour cream2 tsp garlic2 cups fat free milk1/4 c Parmesan cheese1/4 c mozzarella cheese1/8 tsp pepper1 Tb cornstarch1/4 c wheat flour2 5 oz cans chicken
Melt margarine in a medium, pan over medium heat. Add flour and cornstarch to make a paste. Add cream cheese and garlic, stir with a wire whisk until melted and smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in cheese and pepper. When all the lumps are gone add canned chicken (drained). Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce thickens rapidly, thin with more milk if it gets too thick. Serve over pasta, rice, or spaghetti squash.
