Pascual's Healthy Oatmeal

Ingredients
Old Fashioned Oatmeal 1/4 cupMilk (2%) 1/2 cupYogurt (low fat) 2 ozAlmonds - about 5 slicedChia seeds 1 TbspFlaxseed (milled) 1 TbspCinnamon (ground) 2 Tbsp
Directions
Put the oatmeal in a bowl with 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave
Once it's cooked add the milk, yogurt, chia, flaxseed, cinnamon and almond.
Remove and let it cool. The Chia seeds and flaxseed will thicken the oatmeal... and eat!!!
