Ingredients
- Freash spinach- Fresh raspberries- Kiwi- Apple- Grapes- Cottage Cheese (I personally enjoy Nordica 1%)
Directions
1) Add spinach to a bowl
2) Slice all your fruit and add to the spinach
3) Top with cottage cheese as your dressing

Serving Size: 1 meal or 2 side dishes
