Chipotle Chicken Fajita

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins2 Tbsp olive oil1 red bell pepper, slivered1 large onion, chopped1 tsp salt1 Tbsp chili powder1 Tbsp Lawry's Chile Garlic powder1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp garlic powder1.5 tsp sugar2 Tbsp cider vinegar
Directions
Place all dry ingredients in a large ziploc bag and shake to mix. Add chicken tenderloins and shake until evenly coated, set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and saute onions and peppers until slightly brown, empty and set aside. Lay chicken tenders in skillet and brown on each side, frying in batches if the pan gets too crowded. Add onion & peppers back in with chicken and stir. Pour 2 Tbsp cider vinegar over to deglaze pan and heat until it thickens a bit to sauce consistency. Remove from heat and rest a few minute, then serve.
