Microwave Low Calorie Banana Cinnamon Pancakes

1/2 T All-purpose Flour1/2 T Instant Oatmeal1 T Mashed Banana2 t Powdered Sugar1/8 t Baking PowderDash SaltDash CinnamonDash Vanilla Extract
Mix ingredients together in small bowl. It will be fairly thick. You want the ingredients to be blended, but you don't want it too runny or it will make a really thin pancake. Spray a small plate with cooking spray. Spread the batter on the plate to make a 3 1/2"-4" circle. Microwave for 1 minute.
Top with a drizzle of maple syrup or honey (not included in calories!).
