Turky/Beef Ricotta Patties

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1 pound lean ground beef1 c ricotta cheese2 eggsOlive Oil
Directions
Mix by hand meat, ricotta and eggs. Chill in fridge for one hour. Thoroughly heat and oil pan. Form small patties and cook through.
