Chicken with Poblano Rice and crescent roll crust

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced15oz. can sliced mushrooms2 Tblsp butter2 pkg. Rice, Corn and Poblano1 can crescent rolls3/4 cup shredded fat free cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350. Sauté chicken slices with butter and mushrooms. Season to taste. Prepare rice per pkg. instructions. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. put rice in baking dish. Top with chicken and mushrooms mixture. Top with crescent rolls. Bake 15-20 minutes until rolls are golden. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
