Shannalee's Thai Green Curry Fri-Chik

Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Green Beans, tipped203 stalks Celery, sliced diagonally2 cups Carrots, sliced 2 tsp chopped garlic1 can cut miniature cobs of corn1 can sliced water chestnuts1/5 tsp Salt1 Tbsp green curry paste1 Tbsp Cornstarch1 can Coconut milk2 small cans (10 pieces) *Worthington Fri-Chik
Directions
Prep all the vegetables and add them to a large frying pan or wok, along with the corn, waterchestnuts, salt and a sprinkle of water. Cover with a lid, and steam only until veggies are tender-crisp. Mix curry paste, cornstarch and coconut milk together, and mix into vegetables with the Fri-Chick or real cooked chicken. Cover again and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over steamed brown rice.
