Spam Lite with Vegetables over Rice

Spam Lite - 1 can, choppedRold Gold Diced Tomatoes - 14.5 oz. canKroger Yellow Corn - 2 cupsOnion - 1 medium, slicedKraft Minute Premium Rice - 4 servingsSpices of choice to taste
Heat Pan on medium high heat.
Chop and add spam to pan along with sliced onion.
Brown the spam and onion, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add corn and tomatoes.
Season with spices of choice to taste (I used salt, garlic powder, and paprika).
Cook until juices from canned food evaporates, about 15 minutes.
While waiting for spam mixture to cook, prepare Minute Rice as directed on box.
Spoon Spam mixture over rice and serve.
Makes approximately 4 servings.
