Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 1 oz (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Snow Peas, fresh, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Cut everything up and throw it in a bowl. Add dressing if you like or just salt and pepper
