2 3/4 c flour2 tsp cream of tartar1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 c celeb or becel margarine1 1/2 c splenda2 eggsCoating: 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon
Sift the dry ingredients and add to the mixture of margarine, splenda and eggs. Chill dough. Roll into small balls and then roll into coating mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake on ungreased pan at 375 for 8 or 9 minutes. Makes 60 to 65 cookies, approx 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches after baking.
