Carrots and Taters Stew

Ingredients
1000 gr diced Carrots (a little more than 2 lbs)8 cups diced Potatoes3 cups of Chicken broth10 gr butter unsalted1/2 tsp saltpepper
Directions
Peel carrots and potatoes and cut carrots into 1/2 inch pieces and potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Melt Butter and saute Carrots for 5 min add chicken broth and potatoes and cook for about 20 min on low heat or until potatoes are done. Season to taste
You can add hot dogs or ham if you want meat
