Ingredients
11 oz ground Turkey1 Cup Onion1 Cup tomato1 Cup mushroom3 Tbs minced or chopped garlic4 cups chopped fresh spinach64 oz. chicken broth 1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp rosemary1 Tbs salt - or to taste1 Tbs onion powder1 Tbs garlic powder
Directions
brown turkey, onions, garlic and mushrooms with a quick spray of olive oil in a soup pot. When close to finished add tomatoes and seasonings. After everything is well cooked add broth and spinach and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Delicious!
