Ingredients
100 gr Gries1 large Egg60 gr Butter unsaltedSalt
Directions
melt butter let cool a bit add egg and stir until blended well add Gries and Salt and stir until it is a thick consistency. With two spoons form 10 dumplings and add to boiling broth, turn heat to low cover and let dumplings simmer for 30 to 40 min
Eat with a cup of broth add fresh chives
nice for cold weather days.
