Sauteed Shrimp with Pears and Vegetables

Ingredients
1 tsp Sesame Oil (Olive Oil would work also)2-3 leaves of torn mustard greens (small pieces)1/8 cup diced fresh pear1/4 cup cucumber, deseeded1 tsp garlic - fresh is best1/2 cup salad shrimp, thawed and drainedSoy sauce to taste
Directions
Add oil to pot or pan. Place on medium-low heat and add garlic and mustard greens. Saute while adding cucumbers and pears. As greens begin to wilt, add shrimp. Cook until shrimp is hot, stirring occasionally. Serve hot and add soy sauce as desired.
