Ingredients
1.5 cup dried red lentils1.5 cup onions chopped1.5 cups diced carrots8 oz portabella mushrooms2 t Mrs Dash or Simply Organic seasoning 2 Vegan vegetable bullion cubes8 cups water
Directions
Pick and rinse lentils. Put lentils, water, onions, carrots, Mrs. Dash, and bullion cubes in large pot and simmer until tender. Add mushrooms and simmer until they are cooked.
