Ingredients
3- 4oz boneless breasts cooked and diced or shredded1 Med. Red Bell Pepper chopped1/2 c. Sweet Onion chopped1/2 c. Mango diced1 tbsp. honey1 oz lime juice1/4 c sofrito or chopped cilantro1/4 c. hellman's light mayo1 tbsp. sour cream (fat free)
Directions
mix all ingredients together well & enjoy with crackers, on wheat breast, on salad greens or as is.
