Ingredients
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Spinach, fresh, 1 cupFlaxseed, .3 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halvesOrange Juice, .25 cup1/2 - 1 cup waterAdd all ingredients to your high powered blender (I use a Nutribullet). Add 1/2 water (add more if too thick). Blend. Drink. Enjoy!
