Vietnamese chicken noodle soup (mien ga)

Ingredients
1 hank bean thread noodles, soaked in hot water 10 minutes, then drained2 c chicken broth4 oz precooked chicken breast, shredded1 c water1 Tbsp fish sauce1/4 tsp salt, optional1/4 tsp pepperhandful cilantro, chopped1 green onion, chopped2 handfuls edamame
Directions
Presoak bean thread noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain & chop. Boil broth, water & fish sauce. Add noodles, cook a minute. Add chicken, pepper, herbs & edamame. Heat and serve!
