12 oz chicken breast, cut into pieces1 bag Steamfresh Asian Medley vegetables1 c. jasmine rice (1 c. before preparing)olive oilsoy saucegarlic powdersalt
Prepare rice as instructed on packaging.
Microwave vegetables as directed, when done, drain liquid from bag.
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and season to taste with garlic and salt. Add other spices if desired. When chicken is mostly cooked through, add vegetables to pan and stir quickly.
When vegetables and chicken are heated through, add soy sauce to taste (about 1 T). Serve over prepared rice.
