Ingredients
Directions
1) 2 pnds. Ground beef, extra lean - I normally use 95% lean2) 2 medium eggs3) Onions 1/2 cup4) Bread 1 cup (roughly 2 slices)5) Salt & Pepper 1 tbsp each 6) Milk 2%7) Ketchup 1 cup (roughly)
Completely thaw the hamburger. Thaw time not included in prep time.
Mix all ingredients together, EXCEPT the ketchup.
Put in two bread pans, or in one large cake pan.
Put in the oven at 350-400 (f) for 45 min. covered.
Remove the cover and finish cooking.
Put the ketchup on the meatloaf when finished cooking and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 15 roughly 1 inch squares
