STEP 1.. crustGraham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 1.25 cup, crushed Butter, salted, .25 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup STEP 2Cream Cheese, 8 oz Granulated Sugar, .75 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large STEP 3Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup Egg Yolk, 3 large Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup Salt, .5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice, 3 tsp STEP 31 env. Knox unflavored gelatineWater, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) STEP 4Egg white, fresh, 3 large Granulated Sugar, .25 cupSTEP 5nutriwhip light whip topping, 12 oz
Step 1 ...Prepare crust and press into bottom of 9x13 pan
Step 2 ... Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until fluffy and pour over crust...bake for 20 minutes at 350F
Step 3 ... In saucepan mix ingredients of step 3 and cook over medium heat until thickened..Remove from heat and cool...
Step 4 Dissolve gelatine in water and add to pumpkin mixture when cooled.
Step 5 Beat egg whites until peaks form and fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread evenly over cream cheese mixture
Chill overnight
Just before serving spread whipped cream evenly on top of pumpkin torte... You may also choose to add whipped cream individually to pieces served.
Serving Size: makes 12 pieces
