1/2 C Onions 1 C Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 3/4 C Egg substitute 36 oz 90% lean ground beef 20 oz Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 3 tsp reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce 3 tsp minced garlic 2 T black pepper 12 T Ketchup Pam cooking spray
Mix top 8 ingredients together well. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Form into balls and place in two muffin tins equally. Put 1/2 T of Ketchup on each. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
