Broccoli-Pork Asian Skillet

Ingredients
2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil, divided1 lb pork tenderloin, cut in 2" strips2 stalks broccoli (3 cups), cut into florets1/4 C red bell pepper, cut in strips1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp fresh minced ginger1/8 tsp red pepper flakes1 can bean sprouts1 can water chestnuts1/2 C oyster sauce1 Tbsp molasses
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp sesame oil on medium-high until it shimmers. Add sliced pork; cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove to a bowl and hold for later.

Add remaining sesame oil and heat to a shimmer; add broccoli and peppers to pan and stir-fry -- you may wish to add a tablespoon or so of water to steam them. Cook and stir about 5 minutes, then add pepper flakes, garlic, and ginger; stir together well for about 1 minute. When heated through, add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.

Pour oyster sauce and molasses over all; stir together. Return pork to pan, heat through 30 seconds to 1 minute.
