Italian Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
2.5 pounds ground turkey or chicken breast3 egg whites1 cup oats (dry)1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped1 purple onion1 tbsp. minced garlic1 tbsp. onion flakes1 tbsp. dried basil1 tbsp. oreganoSalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Using your hands, combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Form about 12 meatballs from the chicken mixture.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Place a meatball in each muffin cup.
Bake for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
