2 28oz Cans of Diced Tomatoes (or 7 cups)1 Can Black Beans1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans1 Can Pinto Beans1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans1 Can Blackeye Peas1 Can Cannellini Beans1 Can Great Northern Beans1/2 Onion - Sauteed1 Cup Marinara/Pasta Sauce1/2 Tsp Garlic - Minced 1/2 Cup Salsa1 Tsp Red Pepper2 Tbs Chili Powder
1. Empty all cans of beans into a strainer. Rinse.
2. In a large pot, empty all diced tomatoes and cook on medium.
3. Sautee chopped onion, garlic and salsa in a pan until onion is translucent.
4. Add beans to tomato pot, add onion mixture and seasonings.
5. Can be heated in a crockpot over the course of a day or heated on medium until boiling and the beans are tender.
