1/4 c. Egg Beaters1 slice Borden's Fat Free Cheese Slices1 Tbsp Green Peppers (your choice, I use Pablano Peppers but any are good)Black Pepper (dash)Butter (1 pat)1/2 Red Ripe Tomato1 Tbsp. chopped Onion
Saute peppers, onions,and tomatoes in skillet . Cook until onions look clear. Add eggs, cheese, and butter. Scramble or make omelet. Season to taste with black pepper . Add salt as desired.
