Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (you can choose one made w/o wheat flour)1 cup fat-free Sour Cream1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt1 package frozen hashbrowns ( you may choose one that is gluten free)2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, and garlic salt. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with parmesan cheese. Baked uncovered at 350 F for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
