Low Cal Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie

1 cup smooth peanut butter1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp baking soda1 medium egg1/4 cup jam of choice (sugar free used for nutritional value)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Lightly grease cookie sheet. Combine in a medium mixing bowl peanut butter, brown sugar, baking soda, and egg. Roll into balls (approximately 20 total) and put onto cookie sheet. Slightly press cookies down in the center and make a small indention with index finger. Place a small amount of jam in the indentation of the cookie.
Bake cookies for approximately 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!!
