whole wheat lasagna with cottage cheese

Ingredients
400 g of lean ground beef1 onion finely chopped2 garlic cloves finely chopped1 tbsp butter (preferably low fat)400 g canned tomatoes, crush them well2 tbsp tomato pastea dash of black pepper500 g of low fat cottage cheese (1%)158 gr (around 8-9 plates) whole wheat lasagna noodles200 gr lowfat cheese of your choice
Directions
oven on 225 degrees celcius.
In a skillet, Cook onions until soft in butter, add beef, Cook until Brown. Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, black pepper and garlic. Let it all boil. Add cottage cheese.
In a dish - add the sauce, then noodles and continue 'til it's all gone.
Top with cheese and bake it for 30 minutes.
