1-1.5 lbs chicken breast1 container of tomatillo salsa1-2 medium onions1 tsp. better than bouillon (can swap out for chicken broth)1 can of cannelini beans, drained2 cups of water
Throw everything into the crockpot and set it at either 6 or 8 hours. 4 hours will work as well, but I find it is even better when on a longer setting. You also can shred the meat easily with a fork about 30 minutes before serving.
