Can't Get Enough Color Salad Medley

Ingredients
- Fresh spinach leaves- Fresh red cabbage, shredded- Fresh raw carrots, grated- 1/4 Cup raisins- 2 beets, cubed- Ken's Stake House fat free Raspberry Pecan Salad Dressing or other fat free Raspberry dressing
Directions
To cook beets:

Chop off the stem about 1 inch from the top of the beet. Place in steamer and steam for about 45 min or until tender (keep checking pan to add more water as needed). When fork goes in easily, remove beets and place under cold running water, which will allow you to easily remove the skins. Chop beets into cubes or quarters.

Mix all ingredients together ... the beets are the hardest part!
