Ingredients
1 scoop flavored protein powder1/4 cup raspberry flavored seltzer (or plain)2 egg whites1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheesethis recipe has 1/4 cup Kind Peanut Butter whole clusters, but you can use any kind of oats or granola.
Directions
spray pan, very low heat about 2-3 minutes each side.

Serving Size: 1 tbsp batter per 1 pancake. Makes about 10
